About Lisa

Hello, I am Lisa Allred, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 28 years of experience as a counselor, advocate, teacher, and non-profit leader. I have helped countless people build the skills and connect with the resources they need to cope with anxiety and depression As the parent of an LGBTQ+ young adult, I have experienced pride, respect, and joy. I have also felt confusion, grief, worry, and fear.
