I am a licensed clinical social worker with 28 years of experience helping individuals and families overcome challenges and successfully manage stressors and transitions. I primarily practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens. In plain words, you will build the skills and uncover the insight to move forward.

Early morning and late afternoon appointments

I have a small private practice (approximately ten clients per week). Appointments are available in the early morning or late afternoon. I want to help you prioritize yourself. I offer 6 and 7 am appointments in the quiet moments before your kids wake up, the dog needs walking, or you leave for work. I also offer 4 and 5 pm appointments for those who prefer to meet later in the day.
